I (April) have been working with Katrina for about a year. One of the first things she recommended was the renowned coffee enema. I was a little skeptical and hesitant…because…it’s a weird idea! We moved several times during the summer and there was a lot of upheaval in our routines, and I just never made time for it.
I have been struggling to lose weight, even while on strict keto, and have been experiencing a lot of anxiety this year. I recently rechecked my blood, and it showed several signs of liver struggles. I realized it was time to get more serious about making enemas a priority. So, this week, I have done one every day.
At first, they made my tummy feel icky afterward and I just didn’t love it. I also absorbed one on accident because I got a little too relaxed and held it too long. I was BUZZED for hours. However, now I’ve got the hang of it! I know how long I should hold it, how much coffee I should use at a time, and I figured out the best time in my day to do it.
I am happy, nay ECSTATIC, to report that in the week that I’ve done one every day, i have lost four pounds! People, this is after a year of the numbers just not budging unless they were increasing. My anxiety levels are significantly lower. I have noticed my breathing is slower and I’m able to relax my shoulders more easily.
So now I’m a believer. I wanted to share in case any of you others are on the fence as well, or in case anyone else wanted to share a success story.
