This is an at-home stool collection test with two collections that will give many markers of both digestive function as well as the presence of pathogens.
The Comprehensive Stool Analysis uses MALDI-TOF technology (not PCR) to detect the presence of pathogenic microorganisms such as yeast, parasites, and bacteria that contribute to chronic illness and neurological dysfunction. The test also evaluates beneficial bacteria levels, intestinal immune function, overall intestinal health, and inflammation markers. This stool test is also often re-run after the gut work to see the progress made.
We recommend doing this test alongside the MRT food sensitivity panel as it is very important to stop the gut irritation while you are working to heal it. These foods would the be able to be reintroduced after the healing and eradication work is complete.
