Red palm oil is minimally processed, plant-based oil that naturally contains tocopherols and tocotrienols (vitamin E), and carotenoids (vitamin A)—which gives the oil its red color.

Look for palm oil from Malaysia as that will be responsibly sourced (which is part of the controversy over this oil) and will be clean in terms of pesticides.
